There are no charges other than the product price for in-store pickup. However, for products that require shipping, the shipping fee will be charged in addition to the product price.

To order our product, click 'Add to Cart', follow the instructions and proceed to checkout. In the case of reserving or buying our car, select 'Deposit or Full payment'. Follow the instructions and proceed to checkout

Payments are made by credit cards through mail invoice or checkout screen

Due date for payment

Payments through direct checkout screen are processed immediately, while mail invoice payments should be made within 3 days from the date of order

Delivery time

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on the location but should be received as soon as possible.

About returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges requested by customers: Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by contacting us through email (info@hillson.jp) or call at 098-953-9981. Items after shipping: Unopened items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact at info@hillson.jp or 098-953-9981 within 5 days of the arrival of the item. Shipping cost is at customer's expense. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening or use. Reserved cars: Cars can be reserved for $500 payable by credit cards. However,a cancellation fee of $200 will be charged in case of cancellation. Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services: Please contact us at 098-953-9981. We will refund or exchange with new products at our shipping cost.
